“Great Customer Service!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

The Good:

-Very friendly customer service through out the hotel, especially the house keepers, the chef , the cooks, and waitstaff at World Cafe, and even the security; they greet with sincerity and they always have smiles on their faces. But I have to give extra KUDOS to Alevtina and Jenny of the concierge services at the 8th floor.
-The food was decent, but roast beef and is scrumptious at World Cafe. It was cooked to perfection. In fact and surprisingly, it was the best I've had! The croissant is also must have. I was buttery, light, and flaky without being dry.
- The eight floor hotel room had a very good lay out with a great view of the beach and sunset. It was also cleaned and maintained well by the house keepers.
- Complementary breakfast, snacks, juices, and cocktails were available on certain times at the 8th floor lounge area. Plus, it comes with a concierge. So paying for a little extra is not too bad at all.

The Bad:
- Poor internet connection in the room. I have to position my self by the balcony in order to have a decent connectivity, and even with that, the connection goes in and out.

The Ugly:
- The power goes on and off for a few minutes at times. And with that, I cannot get to set my alarm clock on time.

Despite of the minor nuisance, my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel truly had a great customer service and I recommend this hotel to anyone who are stopping by/exploring Saipan.

Whenever the rainy season (we only have 2 -- rainy and hot) starts in the Philippines, we pack our bags and head off to the Fiesta Resort in the Mariana Islands!!!

It's a 3 hour plane ride to Guam, then we take a 40 minute connecting flight to paradise.
We spend no less than 12 days there and it is always not enough -- Next year, i'll add another 4 days!!

The outdoor activities are something my son and i look forward to: biking around the scenic routes (sometimes we have a picnic by the hill), scuba diving in the crystal clear ocean, snorkelling, kayaking (the beach activities are endless) or just walking along the miles and miles of powdery white sand.

When I've had enough sun exposure ... i pamper myself in their Class A SPA! the packages are fantastic and utterly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean -- you will surely feel like home away from home with all those extra perks. My son loves their beds and pillows :)

The LaoLao Bay Golf Resort is challenging! it's the wind factor that makes it seem like a different course each and every time.

The food is absolutely superb! whether you're eating indoors (World Cafe) or outdoors (World Cafe Terrace) for international cuisine ... or Chinese (The Bund) or Japanese (Mai Restaurant) ... I assure you .. meal time has never been this much fun!!

You can always use the newly renovated gym to burn away all that weight gained from eating .. but then that's what holidays are all about .... rest, relaxation, fun and food .... 365 days a year at the Fiesta Saipan!!

Room Tip: The North wing is where i always stay ... but any wing will do :)

this hotel is excellent. the service is great, location is perfect, and the restaurants are very good. the dinner show is a must-see. staying in the executive rooms is definitely worth the small extra cost: you get a better view and access to a lounge with breakfast and snacks all day. definitely will stay here again.

The ocean view room is awsome. The pool, beach are good plaves in this hotel. The food is average. People can have big space here, not crowded. Many Asian trvalers here. It is near the shopping area. Many shows are available nearby.

Fiesta is located right on a beautiful beach and has nice pools including a pool just for kids with a waterside. Every night they have a cultural show with buffet dinner. Across the street from the hotel are many restaurants and tourist shops and the hotel is within walking distance to the Duty Free shops Galleria Mall. The only complaint is that there is too much smoking at the pool side. They should have a no smoking policy at the pool. If you want to rent a car, the rental car companies will deliver the car to your hotel. A taxi to the airport costs about $25. Asiana Airlines crew stays at this hotel. The hotel has many tour operator offices in the lobby so if you want to book a day tour it's very easy.

Room Tip: Make sure you get an ocean view at the higher levels.

Stayed at the Fiesta for three nights this past October. You can't beat the location, with Garapan on one side and a beautiful stretch of white-sand beach on the other. The rooms are clean, though the interiors are dated and showing their age. The free parking is a nice touch (renting a car on Saipan is a must if you want to see anything). Make sure you go for an ocean-view room, the higher up the better!
