“Ocean view”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

Average hotel and becoming dated in their interior. Staff was always helpful. Beach is nice but a room with the with the ocean view is very noisy. There are many shop and places to eat in the area. The island has alot of history with remains of WWII items and the history of the native people. Wish there was more information available about the island. The local people are very nice and friendly,

This Hotel is located in the heart of garapan,saipan...I stayed 2nd to the last stories of the hotel
will i really love my locations and if you go out to the balcony is a superb ocean view from north to south,The facility is not quite advanced but is good enough flat tv screen and the service is okey the staff and crews is friendly and we injoy during our stay in this hotel..The stores and mall are walking distance and easy access of everything including car rentals.and restaurants and is really perfect for our practical choice Tha bars and disco's and the open public called"Yatai Mura"...a street market with a variety of choice of island foods and B-BQ and islands style"Welcome" Intertainment sing and dance...This great moments i've stayed in this place where i experienced enough not for me but to all occupant and travellers in this hotel also experieced becaused this activities held infront of the hotel street in the "Passeo D Marianas"..
To scape and travel with family and loveones "Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan" is very good!

My mom and I stayed there for 8 nights, quite long! The view from ocean view room of course is nice, but it's very noisy when open the balcony door. Wifi speed is low and housekeeping is bad. The worst thing is that I fell down by its wet floor beside the elevator on the grand floor.

The location was wonderful. You couldn't pick a more central location to restaurants, the discotheque, and the walking mall.
The hotel was ok. We booked a triple through Continental. It ended up not being a good deal, because we only got a double room with an extra bed. So, every day we had to call for more towels and face clothes. Also, the fridge was not big enough for three people to put water inside. We talked to the manager, but there was nothing he could do about it. There were not bigger rooms available. He did offer us another room on another floor, but we declined, because we wanted to share the same room.
On the 4th day, the room was cleaned, but they left the dirty coffee cups in the sink that day. Not sure why they did that.
Beds were a little hard. The softest bed was the mattress they put on the floor for us.
Hotel staff were courteous. The lobby area was nice. The elevators always worked and were always very fast. The daily breakfast was nice.

its in great location, heart of the town, but it certainly needs upgrade the rooms, cause it is actually can only considered motel rooms

we have stayed in both moutain view and ocean view rooms, which is in different building, the little balcony is nice, however the show/bath tub is really old and stinks, the bed sheets, mattress and covers are at least or feel like 20 years old

there's no internet connection from the room (the LAN connection does not work, at least for the two rooms we have stayed), you can only use wifi at the lobby

Hotel is only minutes away from the DFS, Hertz Car Rental and other stores, and next to Hyatt,

Do not use hotel's airport pickup service (it charges per person), it is easier and cheaper to rent the car and you can lock and key in the car and return at hotel's parking lot (we rented from Hertz at airport for about $40 a day), Plus you will much more enjoy Saipan with your own rental car

Room Tip: Get Ocean View Rooms for best value

My husband and I spent 2 days(May 18-20) at this hotel. They charged us $15 each for airport pick up. Ridiculous for a 15 min ride from Airport, especially since it seems that most of the hotels could really use the business and would benefit by offering free airport pick up for their customers. Our room was old with the exception of the bathroom...seemed to be recently updated. The headboards above the beds were faded/worn out, the carpet was filthy and the rest of the light switches including tv did not work. We mentioned this to the front desk and they sent an electrician who had to pretty much re-boot the power connection to our room. Next morning, I went to their cafe to get coffee(8am)- clerk was in the process of counting her register so I asked if it was still open. She said "yes" so I asked for a cup of coffee. She turned to look behind her where there was a thermos and said there was no coffee. It was 8am and they were advertising their cafe everywhere in the hotel and there was no coffee! What kind of a cafe is this?? Upon check out our bill had a charge of $30 for airport drop off, which we did not request. Told them that we didn't need a drop off as we had a rental car. After getting our bill squared away, we were happy to leave...finally!

Although the hotel is right in the heart of Garapan...the entire area was ghetto as most business had shut down and only chinese made souvenir shops were open. At night there were a lot of chinese "massage" ladies sitting outside the stoops of the the "spas" soliciting massages. Extremely upleasant stay at this hotel! Don't go to this hotel-- it is overpriced and offers no value!

Room Tip: Don't stay in what they call their Mt view rooms. The Hilton generator is so loud you can hear...

We have spent five nights in the executive room and three nights in Saipan Regenc. For the same price, you get a better value for your money! It's worth considering!
