We paid $175/night via Hotwire (July/August including $32/night tax) which was a good price for the city. Hotel is well located 2 blocks from Union Square. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Room was clean but on the small side, bed was very comfortable, shower and bath worked perfectly. If I was being picky I would say that the 4th floor room was a bit dated and the carpet needed either replacing or deep cleaning but overall the room was fine (I hurt my back during the trip and as a result spent far more time in the room than planned). Wifi and breakfast were not included in the price we paid, Basic wifi was $10/day. There is a small restaurant/bar attached but we didn't try it. Given the variety of hotels in the area we'd probably try something different next time but we'd also be happy to stay here again.
