The staff at The Inn are wonderful. Omar went out of his way to help us during our stay. Ann on reception was also lovely. Located right in the heart of Union Square, close to shops, restaurants, cable cars etc. Rooms were immaculately clean, daily breakfast and nightly wine reception were excellent. Small boutique hotel with lots of charm and character. Would highly recommend.

Room tip: We stayed in a junior suite on level 5.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The service was personal, thoughtful and warm. The staff helped us ahead of our stay with logistics and trip ideas. The accommodations were clean, traditional, quiet and bright. The location was convenient and allowed us to rest when we needed before we headed out to see more. We especially appreciated the extra upgrades and service in helping us celebrate our anniversary. we would recommend this lovely Inn to all our friends and family!

If you are looking for a place that is high energy and glitzy this is NOT the place for you. However, if you are looking for an experience in a clean, comfortable and unbelievably friendly place in the perfect location, The Inn at Union Square is a great choice.

From the moment Ann welcomed us upon arrival to the end of our stay when Omar called our cab for our ride to the airport, we could not have been made to feel more welcome. I highly recommend The Inn as a perfect location to use as a home base.

The lovely breakfast every morning along with the newspaper stared the day off right. The wine and cheese "happy hour" was just perfect to finish things off for the evening or perhaps preparing for a night on the town.

The facility itself was nice and very clean but not extravagant. However, I have never stayed anywhere in any city where I felt more pampered by the friendly staff. It did not matter whether it was the front desk, the house keeper or the inn keeper himself. They all went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Not overbearing, just friendly and available.

Two big thumbs up!

Comfortable well located hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms are quiet and tasteful and the service was great. I would stay here again. The location could not be more convenient in the heart of Union Square.

A compact hotel at the heart of Union Square, where you could really hop on and hop off from it when shopping around, rest a while and continue the journey. Recommend to choose staying on either 3rd or 5th floor, which has a small lobby for breakfast and wine session from 1730 to 1900 daily. But totally no outdoor views, except staying at 01 room, which has a small window looking street outside.

Customer service is great

Room tip: Choose either 3rd or 5th floor, preferring 02-04 rooms, or 01 if insisting to have street view, room 501 could see Union Square
