Thank you for your comments, I apologize for the trouble you experienced with our internet. We are in the process of upgrading to a much faster and user friendly product. I do realize this did not help your recent stay and I hope they were able to credit you the internet charges for your inconvenience. “Business mans hotel, my foot...”

The Internet is grossly overpriced and only works periodically, so frustrating when trying to work and it keeps dropping the connection and reconnecting via their damn hotel we page and you have to back to where you were working previously..!!!!

Room service menu is very average with minimal choice and whatever you order, expect the price to be double when I arrives for service charge, delivery charge and taxes...

$49.00 for overnight parking? Crazy...

The Thai restaurant on level 2 is great... Good food, fair prices and prompt and courteous service...

Housekeeping and the people on reception are lovely, very professional and helpful, especially Wendy and Sarah (I think was her name, English lady)...

To be honest it was a very basic business mans hotel, but the poor quality Internet really spoilt it for me...

We are in the process of upgrading our internet system to be faster and more user friendly. Thank you for recognizing some of our shining stars in housekeeping and front office.
