“Pure room at the Hyatt was wonderful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2011

Not having been to San Francisco I was not sure where to stay. Picked the Hyatt at Fisherman's wharf because it had a Pure Room which was supposed to be great for allergy suffers. I am allergic to perfume which makes my life a misery in most hotels. It was a true vacation for me at the Hyatt to be able to brreath in the room. My granddaughter loved being able to walk to everything at the wharf and even China Town though that was a bit of a hike. Would stay there again in a heart beat! P.S. parking is out rageous but if you are renting a car, use the car rentals overnight parking for 10 dollars a night.

I try very hard to always stay at Hilton product hotels because you can normally count on excellent service. This hotel was no exception. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do and wonderful restaturants. Our room faced the courtyard and it was extremely peaceful. We look forward to returning again and again.

Great small Hotel in a wonderful location at Fisherman's Wharf!!!! Valet parking at $44.00 was convenient but a little expensive; High Speed internet should be provided free! The safe in the room was located on a very shelf in the closet and was very difficult for my wife who is just over 5 feet tall to reach without a great effort!

Hotel was very comfortable and spacious. We had a king suite overlooking the pool and right near the fitness center. The room included a small fridge which was handy for keeping the wine and cheese we accumulated at the ferry building. The location was great and the hotel even offered a free town car shuttle to the financial district which we took advantage of every morning. Service was prompt and reliable.

I loved that you can check in from your phone at this hotel, walk up to a kiosk and it will print out your keys.

The room itself was very modern and well furnished. The staff is so friendly and helpful!

The location of the hotel was very convenient to a lot of major attractions without being right in tourist central.

It was a lovely stay.

P.S. There is a Cost Plus World Market around the corner! LOVE IT!

Nice hotel and we stayed three nights but very noisy from our room. The first night around 10:45 PM, lot's of noise and talking out front. Thought it was just guest checking in etc. Second night, same thing, starting around 10:45 and lasting to 11:15. Said something to the clerk in the morning and they offered to move us, but with 4 bags and lots of other stuff decided to stick it out. Third night it was so noisy I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. I think that the hotel employees take their smoke breaks in the front of the hotel at that time of night. It's crazy to have to put up with that for what we were paying. Did'nt get a lot of comfort from the front desk when we checked out and talked about the noise. Would not go back.
