- internet requesting re-authentication for every device and session - with three devices I had to be consciously deciding when to be online and enter my name, room number and confirm a usage agreement at least 10 times per day.
- water in vending machines at reception
- no in-room safe box

This is the 4th Courtyard visited on this 9 day trip and it has lived up to all expectations. Ask for an E-King room - there are only 3-4 in the hotel and they an extra seating area with couch, making for a much more spacious experience. Great location for all the tourist spots along the piers. Tons of restaurant options within easy walking distance.

Great spot but like everything else in San Francisco, it's overrated and over priced. The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful, rooms are small and it costs almost $50 per day just to park your car. Rooms are small and noisy.

The location is about three blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. It is very quiet and clean. There is a a little cafe downstairs that offers breakfast and it was an easy choice. There is valet parking with in and out privileges and it was $36 a day, which is cheap for San Francisco The beds are quite comfortable. The only drawback is that it offers free wifi in the rooms and it did not work. The wifi must have been a fluke. We would stay here again.
