I've been here at least 10 times and the pizza can be pretty good, but often is not, suffering from too much salt or soggy bottom. The place itself is kid friendly and relaxed and can get loud when full.
The staff suffer a bit from self-important hipness, they aren't that cool, and the pizza isn't all that. However they don't have any competition out in the culinary wasteland called the Sunset, so I'd say if you need a pizza fix it can suffice, but if you want china white instead of Mexican tar, head to north beac (Tony's).
