Very nice hotel. Perfect location. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Bathroom is nice and clean. Friendly and professional staff. Walking distance to Embarcadwro and many other attractions like Union Square, trolley stops, shops, etc.

Wonderful hotel. Comfortable bed, perfect location for shopping, friendly staff and beautiful view. Nice ceiling to floor windows. Very enjoyable stay. Will stay here again for sure next time I am in San Francisco. Starbucks on the corner, California pizza kitchen across the street.

Everything in this hotel from the staff to the location through to the food in the restaurant was tip notch, the staff were really attentive without being overbearing.

The location is great, just moments from Union square and easy access to the entire downtown area on foot

This is one of the best hotels if you are staying in the Downtown San Francisco. A Very central location. Most of the prime areas like union square, Pier 12, Embarcadero are at walkable distance from here. Also some malls and a movie theater right at the back of this hotel. The rooms are nice. I was staying on 33rd floor, so the view was quite superb. Food is great. Overall this hotel is recommended for anyone visiting San Francisco.
