“Delicious!”

Great seafood! Calamari was the best I have had in a very long time. My dad has been coming here for 20 years whenever he's in the area and said it was just as good as always! Service was good as well.

“Dungeness crabs not fresh”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013

I could not wait to have a fresh dungeness crab on the Wharf. I was told that September was not the season for the crabs, so when we sat down in Aliotos, I asked if the crabs were fresh. The waitress said yes. What arrived was a salty crab with a fishy smell. They had to be frozen and not fresh. Very, very disappointing. I would have ordered something else if the waitress had been truthful.

“Good food.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

Great location and close to Pier 39. Service was good and our waiter was so funny. Food was good. I wouldn't say it was fantastic but it was better than most of the food we had in San Fran.

“Great food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

We wandered around the area looking for a place to have dinner and decided to venture into Alioto's. We had a window seat overlooking the marina. The food was as excellent as the service. Most the restaurants in the area seemed comparably priced and Alioto's pricing was in line with the rest. Our entrées had plenty of food without having to order an appetizer; however, I will say if you like clam chowder, don't miss trying a cup at Alioto's.
