I have also eaten at Henry's Hunan since the 80's. I bought the Hunan cookbook in 1980. Unfortunately it has lost a lot of ground since then. Dishes have too much oil now. And portions are smaller with more "fillers" like bamboo shoots and onions. Classic flavors seem boring now. This was the American home of Kun Pao, now it's just mediocre. The interior has not changed in 30 years either.
