“Going downhill fast!”

We are "foodies" and have been to this place several times. This last time a trip to the upstairs ladies' room should have been a red flag. At 7:30 at night there were 2 OUT OF ORDER signs on 2 of the 4 toilet stalls. Maintenance is an obvious issue. Upon ordering several appetizers and wine, the server whisked away and returned shortly thereafter with our food. She was unsmiling, uncaring and obviously uninterested in being at this restaurant. The food was spotty. With all of the choices available in San Francisco I would avoid this place.
