This warm and friendly venue embraces all in its unpretentious but welcoming ambience. It accommodates families, couples, groups of friends, and lone diners in harmonious juxtaposition. It offers "home cooked" Spanish food with generous portions and a large basket of bread with spicy dip thrown in for good measure. It has a small but good and reasonably priced wine list. Two courses plus wine came to $23 and the creme Catalan was to due for. This is an up and coming area but still retains plenty of the "cheap and cheerful" neighbourhood eating places of which this is an outstanding example .
