“Believe The Hype”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2013

When a restaurant is as hyped as this one, it usually disappoints. I was, however, happy to find this is one place that lives up to its reputation. We were very lucky to get in without much of a wait and ate family style so we could all try different things. The Rainbow Salad and Walnut Shrimp were amazing and everything else was wonderful. We even had a non-adventurous eater in our party who found everything great. The service was efficient and while it isn't a place to linger (the crowds on the street make you feel guilty), it was a great experience. I will definitely return the next time I'm in San Francisco.

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

This restaurant has the best food - the tea leaf salad is truly amazing but I cannot eat it after 8pm - as a non coffee drinker it will keep me up all night! The dishes are all very good and flavorful, the desserts are amazing and the service is fast and done well. The value for money is very good - it`s nice that it`s 2 blocks from where I live - will eat here again!

“Burma Resturants.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

There are always a long line of people waiting in line to get in to the resturant. The food are very good. But the prices are a little bite high. There are not that many sitings in sthis resturant. But it is good!!!

“Wow....a restaurant worth the wait”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

What an incrediable restaurant.....there is usually a wait-but I PROMISE it is worth the amount every moment you wait!
If you leave without ordering the Tea Leaf Salad--you are missing out on one of the best salads I have had in a long time....light but full of flavors-the presentation at the table explains all the ingrediants layered -it is then mixed-FANTASTIC!
We also had Sticky Fingers(pork riblettes), the Homestyle Oxtail Claypot, Garlic Noodles, Sesame Chicken, Coconut Rice, and Spicy and Cripsy Chicken. The Sticky Fingers, The oxtail, Garlic Noodles and Coconut Rice are HIGHLY recommended...while the two chicken dishers were good....I would not order them again-good, but not great!
The service is excellent-attentive and courteous. I can not think of a thing to change....
This is a restaurant that I look forward to going to again...it is fantastic!!!!!
