“Book a Table !!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

We visited the Cheesecake factory top floor of Macy's on afriday night and it was an hours wait for a table. We put our name down and did a bit of shopping and got a drink at the bar which was so busy , people fighting over bar seats and tables !!
when we finally got out table it was under an air con vent so got moved. We were still drinking our giant cocktail from before so didn't need another drink . The food portions were huge also , none of us could finish our meals , which were all very nice.
Prices were on average for San Francisco, around $16 for my linguine with jumbo prawns.
Would def go back , but go earlier before the crowds , as its nice to sit outside on a lovely day , so Im told.

Great waitress, busy busy place, a little wait as usual, had the best cheese burger ever had in ages since shake shack, and yummy cheese cake.

“Beautiful view, strawberry shortcake amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

We came here after lunch for coffee and dessert (and to take a break from shopping!) Actually, the real reason was to have the strawberry shortcake again which is my absolute favourite. It didn't let me down. SOOOO delicious, always fresh, and the biscuit is beautifully buttery, complementing the strawberries and vanilla icecream perfectly.
The view from this restaurant is amazing too, what a bonus and such a relaxing way to spend the afternoon.
We came up and put our names down to get a buzzer and was told the wait would be half an hour, so we went back down Macy's and continued shopping so we wouldn't waste time!

“Good food, good atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

The food is great, large variety, any one can find something they like. The cakes are of course - a must! (The traditional one is the best for our taste). They don't really take reservation but you can ask your concierge to call them and have you as a 'prefered sitting' - You may not get the booth but you won't need to wait the endless lines.
The service is overall good - but our specific waitress was a little bit to pushy - but nothing really to worry about - Don't miss a visit!

“Please open one in the UK....!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013 via mobile

Just recently been to the states for the first time and ended up eating here twice as I loved it so much. Lovely restaurant with great views, great service and amazing food! Big portions, great value for money. Best cheesecake I have ever eaten. Recommend the fillet mignon and the chicken Madeira - delicious!
