Everything was positive about this restaurant which is near the performing arts venues in San Francisco. Requested a quiet tablet when making phone reservation, and that's what we got. All the employees were friendly and attentive, but not overly so. Menu is not huge, but with a good variety of dishes, many somewhat unusual. Everything at our table of 4 was well prepared and well presented. Specialty drinks, while very good, are a bit pricey, but not by S.F. standards.
This is a good place for dinner before the opera, symphony, etc., but allow time for a leisurely meal. Best parking (unless you're luck to find a place on the street), is the Performing Arts Garage, two blocks up the street ($4/hr except on performance nights when it's $12 flat rate).
