We took this hotel based upon Trip Advisor ratings and to be near UCSF Medical Center. The place was clean, but it had no heat. We were there for two nights and all they could give us was a small space heater. It did not heat up the room. Upon checking out all they could say is that they were sorry the heat wasn't working. I believe Trip Advisor needs to check out this hotel again.
