We went to go see Tim Noonan at the Aquarium of the Bay, based off of a lot of great reviews, and wanting to know for ourselves. It was AMAZING!!! Immediately upon witnessing his first trick, a bowling-ball appearing from inside a sketchpad-I knew that we hadn't gone to the aquarium and seen a magic show; We had gone to the magic show, and happened to visit the aquarium. He showed those fish up!
Tim was friendly and down-to-Earth with the audience, speaking to different people in the audience as we assembled into the crowd, and he even spoke Japanese to a foreign girl in the middle row! ("What the..?") He was a super-friendly, awkward, comedic magician, and we just enjoyed every moment of it. The soundtrack was synchronized perfectly with the act, and he even used some Morricone tracks to aid in his finale (can't beat Morricone for your money). After the show, he took pictures, and shook hands with us all, and told us that the greatest magic, is his ability to see the smiling faces of his audience every day. :')
