I had read about this food truck/sit down on a food site and it was the only decent place to eat iN Pier 39 that was not a tourist trap.
The british lady behind the counter was very friendly and runs a busy joint, we had to get her assistant to wash the table off as they have a large turnover of patrons that staff don't get to clean after each one.
My spouse and I ordered the fish and shrimp combo and my young children shared a regular fish chip platter that the owner said would be better value then two kids orders, we had 2 of their exotic juices. I would have loved a cold beer but no alcohol on the menu which was fine, i wish i had known about their special sauce they make until after my meal was done as sounded great. It was mayo, cilantro and such seasonings.
$40 for family of four. Not bad value,
Kids said it was the best fish and chips they have ever tried,
My spouse and I were pleased with our meal as it was a lot of fish not just batter, and the batter was crispy not greasy.
There was a lot of pigeons which patrons assisted in scaring off,
Overall a fun little place to have lunch and support a small business
Keep up the good work
