“Exceptional wine and San Francisco tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2014

Alloys provided us with an exceptional wine tour of Sonoma and a tour of the main attractions in San Francisco. His knowledge of wines and his history lesson of the area were very educational. We visited a mix of big and small wineries as well as a champagne production. What a great host and an amazing day! The bottle of champagne was a treat and a very classy touch to get our tour started!

“Perfect day!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2014

After lots of research for our wine tasting day we finally chose Greenhills as we couldn't find one bad review! We were picked up promptly and joined another couple in a nice vehicle, starting they day as we had read with a few stops in the city, a bottle of Chandon opened at Golden Gate Bridge then off to our first stop Jacuzzi. loved the scenery here and the fact you could walk into the vineyards. second stop was the wine cave at Deerfields which was my least favourite. After lunch we went to Mumm which was my request- loved the 3 glasses of champagne here! Last stop was Peju where Alan entertained us with his raps and knowledge of the wines. Nice Sauvignon blanc here of which we bought 2 bottles hence waving our tasting fee. Aloys the. Opened a second bottle of champagne for our return trip - he is the perfect host and would highly recommend choosing him for you wine tour!

“A fun day of touring Sonoma and Napa!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

Aloys picked us up at our hotel in San Francisco. Before heading to wine country, he drove us through China Town, down Lombard Street, to the Palace of Fine Arts before stopping at the base of the Golden Gate bridge across the bay. From there, he popped the cork of a bottle of sparkling wine as we ventured first into Napa. We stopped at Jacuzzi first - a highlight! I definitely recommend sampling their dessert wine - yummy! Next we headed to lunch in Sonoma square at a cute little Italian Trattoria. Aloys surprised us by paying for some incredible appetizers to enjoy. The afternoon was spent at Stags' Leap and Peju. Although the wine at Stags' Leap was out of our price range, we finished up at the very memorable Peju winery with Alan as our sommelier! As if we hadn't had enough to sip on throughout the day, Aloys offered to stop at the store for some local beers to enjoy on our way back into the city. All in all, a very fun and memorable day! We made some great friends on the tour too! Highly recommend! :)

“Absolutely Fantastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

We had the most amazing time on this tour. Conveniently picked up at our hotel. Although we were with another couple we found the company pleasant. One suggestion would be to switch seating in the smaller vehicle for all parties to have an opportunity to enjoy the sights and comfort. Our guide easily accommodated us with added sights like Lombard St., The Presidio and two trips by the bridge before setting forth on our wine tour of Sonoma and Napa. Sparkling wine and beer served. Refreshing way to start. Our guide had so much knowledge about the area and wine. Lunch was fantastic! A quaint bistro and wonderful food. If you have a passion for wine this is the tour for you. Cant say enough about the guide. He is a gem!

“Look No Further”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2014

If you are like me, you are sitting and searching through dozens of wine country tours. Your search is OVER. Aloys picked us up at hour hotel and gave us a tour around the City - driving down Lombard Street, taking us to see the Palace of Fine Arts, and stopping at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge. We then enjoyed some sparkling wine as we drove to Sonoma. We stopped at the Jacuzzi winery first which was fantastic. We then headed to Leaps Stag winery as the other couple on our tour had requested that one. We then headed to Jessup Cellars and had a VIP tasting which included a nice cheese platter. While driving to lunch, we mentioned we wanted to see a winery with caves under the vineyards and before lunch was over our tour was scheduled! Aloys was so accommodating, polite, cheerful, and informative. He obviously loves what he does and all the people at the wineries know him and make accommodations for him. You will be treated like a VIP and have a fantastic day.
