Right now, this is a very “in” place, and probably will remain so for some time (it deserves to). My daughter and I dined here early on a Tuesday evening. Empty when we arrived but, even though it is a large space, it was very crowded within an hour. You should definitely have a reservation. The ceilings are very high, so noise was not a problem. Extremely attentive service, but not overbearing. Our server Ethan, was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. Food was excellent. For entrees, we had Petrale Sole and the Lamb tasting, (Lamb three ways). Everything on the menu sounded good so we ordered three appetizers, the Lobster Tortalloni , potato gnocchi (house-made) with braised Oxtail, and the Dungeness crab salad with avocado and hearts of palm. We both are fans of interesting cocktail creations and Prospect did not disappoint. I loved the “prospector” – Scotch Whisky, Madeira, prospect bitters, , Benedictine, flamed orange. She had the “Kings’s Quarter made with Old Overholt Rye and ginger liquer. There is an extensive well-chosen wine list containing both newworld and old-world offerings. A great experience and we hope to be back soon.
