We were recommended to this location by friends as they are known to have the best Pizza in town.
We ordered the fried artichoke appetizer and it was delicious, highly recommend.
We then ordered a margarita pizza thin with artichokes - it was cooked in the same room as where we were sat and amazingly it cooks in 90 seconds. So I know real Italian pizza has limited cheese but I like cheese. I asked the waitress if she could add more sauce and she said she had to ask the chef, she then returned and said NO! She said the chef said it would ruin the integrity of the pizza? OK, now that you told me that, put more cheese on it and satisfy me.
Needless to say I did not get more cheese..... However the pizza was delicious but at the end of the day it is pizza, sauce, cheese and crust - integrity of what? Oh well good experience but no need to run back anytime soon.
