“Great place to introduce kids to the symphony”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2012

Their children's events are a great introduction to the orchestra and how music is made. The Deck the Halls program is a season favorite in our house.

“Acoustically perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2012

This was our second visit to the Davies Symphony Hall and they both have been memorable experiences. We saw Natalie Merchant perform with the San Francisco Symphony and the performance was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes! The symphony audience is so courteous, it's lovely. There's no talking or moving around during the performance or taking photos with cell phones, in fact it's so quiet in between sets, you can hear a pin drop. I only wish we lived closer to San Francisco so we could attend more performances.

“Need to Go Back”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2012

Ate here about a year ago and liked it quite a bit. The food was good and the small plates made selection easy. Really have had no good reason for not going back.
