“Good meal & service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

Not far from Fisherman's Wharf & worth the walk. It feels like more of a neighbourhood cafe than a trendy touristy cafe. The service was fast, friendly & efficient and the food was good. We had the Mexican omlette and French toast & were happy with both meals. There's also some great artwork to look at on the walls as well as some painted tables that are apparently done by one of the staff members.

“Friendly staff and nice breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

This cafe is only open for breakfast and lunch. We ate breakfast here our last day and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and the food was good value for money. There is a place not too far away called Mama's that everyone waves about but there is always a wait. At Pat's it was not crowded or noisy and we were able to enjoy our breakfast in peace and enjoy the atmosphere along with the nice food. Much more to our liking versus some crowded small dining area.

“A great little find in an unlikely spot! Fantastic breakfast selection.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

I headed here between Lombard st and Coit tower as my feet needed a rest!
The breakfast menu is fantastic and the pancakes lived up to the Rough Guide recommendation.
The service was superb and I sat in the window watching the world go by.
A nice selection of paintings displayed on the walls.

“Excellent!”

Awesome food, good coffee! The salmon scrabble is wonderful. The jam on the table was great. Get there early to get a good seat.
