“Very Nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

I may have mentioned this before, but I always research places to eat before we head out the door on any trip. With so many choices available to you in SF, you’ll need a very long list.
Pat’s Café is in a great, although odd location. For us it was our breakfast locale, as it was just around the corner from our hotel.
Nice menu, the pricing was in line with the rest of the city. It’s a little tight for space, but not uncomfortable. They are not open past 2pm, which was a disappointment, I wanted to try their dinner options, but what we had was good.
Most times, we do not order coffee because it tastes like dish water, but this was very good.
I was shocked when my husband ordered a simple meal of granola and fresh fruits, it was delicious!
I had what they call plain ole’ eggs, 2 eggs, scrambled please and home fries, bacon and white toast.
If we lived here, we would eat here at least once a week.

“Love this place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

We went here for breakfast twice and I'm sad that I didn't get to try everything on the menu. The omelettes and breakfast burritos are amazing. The decor is quaint, the people are friendly. What more do you want?

“great breakfast joint”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2012

I found this place online and decided since it had good reviews and was somewhat close to Fisherman's Wharf, it would be a good place to have breakfast to start the day. The reviews were right. They had a traditional breakfast menu and the food was great.

“Yummy breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

Loved the decor in this fun local cafe! We were promtly seated and coffee started flowing! The two fellas that were working that day were awesome, friendly and just fun guys. The menu is loaded with healthy food options, I had the California crepes, they were loaded with chicken apple sausage, avocado, cheddar, mushrooms and onions. My friend ordered a bloody mary and we watched it be created and it was beautiful I think she took a photo! If your in the North Beach area of SF, go to Pat's Cafe for breakfast or lunch you won't be disapointed. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, atmosphere perfect.

“A great place for breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

Service top quality, menu different. Just a nice place from where to start the day. You can go out of the door turn right and there is a cable car waiting for you to take you up-town.
