“Love the little place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

Lots of water features to help keep you cool. Love the set up of the course. It is challenging but fun for children too. I just wish they had more pirate related things to go with the theme.

“Great Fun in Bar Harbor”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

Fun and challenging, this is a must do if you like miniture golf and having a great time. The two courses are nicely decorated and the grounds and course are well kept. If you are travelling to Bar Harbor next summer for a vacation this should be on your list of things to do. It's not just for kids adults will love this too. It's not your corny little putt putt golf this place is a definite stop for us every time we go to Bar Harbor.

“Fun Mini-Golf Course”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

My family has made a point of coming here every time we come up to the Bar Harbor region. We tend to be a tad competitive, so this is a fun family outing, good for quite a few laughs. There are actually TWO 18 hole courses laid out in the same location, and you have the choice of choosing to play one or both. The landscaping is terrific and the courses very well maintained. Running through it all is a "river" complete with waterfalls, pirates, a pirate ship, a pirate's cave, and plenty of other pirate themed additions to the overall layout - including interesting pirate facts and information posted on signs along the walkways between greens. The courses aren't easy - while there aren't any rotating windmill blades to knock your ball into the next county, there are plenty of dips, turns and rocks you have to navigate around and through. While a hole in one is entirely possible, it's usually due to pure dumb luck! At the end of the game, they spin a wheel, and if anyone in the party had a hole in one on the green number the wheel stops on, you get a token good for a free game. And if it's a hot day, right across the road is a place with REALLY good ice cream!

“Family Fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

My wife and I and pur 7 year old son played columbus day weekend. We chose Blackbeard's course. The holes were challenging and at lots of inclines or angles. The decor throughout the course was great and it told the story of Blackbeard as well. On your way to Acadia, you should stop in and feel like a kid again for an hour or so.

We played the Blackbeard course one night and planned to play the other course the following night but it rained. The holes layouts are challenging.
