We only stayed one night, but it was a great way to start our camping trip. We drove up nine hours with my 2 year old so a good night of sleep was definitely called for. -The staff at check in were so nice, recommending some really great restaurants for us to eat at. -And they were so nice to our son. It's cute, the hotel is the kind of place that offers cookies at check in. Our room was a double queen and very spacious. -We really didn't know what to expect from an older hotel. -It was like a modern hotel room. Nice clean up to date bathrooms. flat screen TVs, safe, fridge, all that good stuff. What I like is that even though it's on main street, you're not right on top of all the shops and the hustle and bustle. You're like a block away from the heart of the main street. The other best part, is that they have their own parking lot, so you don't have to worry about having to find parking on the street. -It's really packed. The only thing that could really be better is the breakfast, but considering what we paid, I'm not complaining. I'm comparing the breakfast to say a holiday inn or of the like, and it would have been nice to have eggs or fresh fruit. The cut fruit they offered was from a can (but I knew that going in, so I wasn't too upset about it). But here's what's awesome, I left some of my son's clothes in the room and they were so kind as to say they would mail it. -We didn't need to do that because we were still in town. Overall, it was a really nice stay!! Totally worth it if you want a trip of total convenience and you prefer to eat breakfast out or you're not a big breakfast person! -Not all the bed and breakfast rooms are as nice!
