My husband and I decided to go to the Chart Room for lunch and we got more than we expected. The place is very casual but with a well done decor. The customers here were definitely locals and that's always a good sign. The fried clams were out of this world! I've always had clam strips, but these were the real thing! Served with tartar sauce and a kicked up cocktail sauce, these were a great starter. My husband got the grilled scallops and I got the grilled swordfish, both of which were outstanding. The Chart Room overlooks the beach so it gets and "A" for the view and definitely and "A" for the food. You know you're in a great place when two 70-ish women - locals no doubt - are drinking Budweisers and eating two pound lobsters - each!
