I have been to this beach several times. I always have a great time, swimming and snorkeling. I can even stand up out by the flag. There is lots of staghorn and finger coral. Plenty of fish to see and photgraph with a cheap, disposable underwater camera.
Freshwater often mixes with saltwater here, so the water may be cloudy in spots due to this. Just move to another spot and the water will clear up.
One week, I was there, and I joined a free tour by a hydrologist, giving us a background on the hydrology and geology of Ypoa beach and Guam. Lots of great activities here.
