I was in Guam for 3 months because of my job, and several times a group of us would stay the night at the PIC. It's within walking distance of shopping, bars and restaurants, although the area where most activities are on the main strip, your feet will thank you for spending $5 for a taxi. The rooms are large with balconies and a gorgeous view of the hotel grounds. The best part is the water park. It only has two real slides, but it's a ton of fun. They also have a sea water pool that has a ton of fish. You snorkel through it and it's like being in a big fish tank. People even can look through windows at you. The beach is not all that great because it is so shallow and you have to have something on your feet. This place is perfect for families and the staff is so much fun. Check out the picture I attached of the view from my room. The food and drinks are also yummy! We had to carry a couple people home from too many drinks at the beach bar. It was the best hotel I've ever been to. The only reason I didn't rate it an excellent is because the ultimate hotel/resort would have more water slides.
