Wow! Stayed at the Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort while visiting Guam for 4 nights. The place is amazing. Everything was perfect from the check in to the check out. The only bad thing about this hotel is that it is in Guam. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel and would stay here again in a second. The pool is amazing. The hotel even hung on to my bags for free as I had to check out for one night and do an overnight trip to Saipan. Thank you Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort for a wonderful stay.

We just spent one night there. Very hospitable staff.
We had chosen it as we were Starwood Platinum member and wanted to enjoy the late checkout at 16:00 because our flight was leaving at 19:00.
We had requested a cot in advance (some hotels actually manage to put it into your room). Driver that picked us up (free airport transfer for Platinum) also called again about the cot.
We again told lady at reception. Anyway, cot was not in room, took another two calls to get it.
We had tried to use Platinum suite upgrade, but because of Golden week, hotel was full. Receptionist confirmed that were was no available suite.
Late checkout was initially declined, but after problem with cot, we got to change the room ( to a suite) and got late checkout.
Platinum also gets you into the club lounge with drinks and snack.
No WLAN in rooms.
Coffee table has a glass plate whose edges were quite damaged. Actually, I stepped into a glass splinter.
Beds are not sweet sleeper standard. They are from Slumberland, but like in other Sheraton's in China, they are quite firm/hard.
Breakfast is buffet, reasonable choice but more oriented to price conscious group travelers.

This is a great hotel with a great view. We really enjoyed the amenities and staff. The king room felt airy and modern and the infinity pool has an epic view.
I also appreciated the fact that the location was off of the main drag a bit to avoid the crowds wandering around. The feel of The Sheraton Laguna is safe and comfortable and classically modern.

While this hotel has a gorgeous view and infinity pool it's just not worth it to be so far from Tumon where everything is. It is however next to Onward Beach Resort so you can go to that water park if you would like. My husband and I went to the Sunset BBQ (Fire show) and the food was the best food we've had on island. I thought I was going to have to be "rolled" out of there from eating so much food. Yes! It was a buffet! Also close to jet ski's, kayaks and banana boats.
