“Disappointing”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

We went to sea life park this pas week as a family of 6. We were incredibily disappointed with the entire experience. For $30 admission we got a couple 10 minute shows, and yes thats it. The park is very dated, and the food prices are outrageous. We went to find a customer service desk to provide them with feedback and we were told there is not one. A photo shop manager was paged to come speak with us but was very unhelpful and basically agreed that the park is under alot of construction and there is not much to offer. Its unfortunate because the trainers and animals work SO hard but when the facility is unkept, small, unfriendly and over priced it ruins it. Save your $

“Not Worth It”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013

We went on this excursion as a two family outing. Unfortunately we did not really enjoy the park. The park is small-several exhibits closed, marked "coming soon", food court closed early and a food kiosk closed for construction. You could basically walk the park circumfrence in about 5-10 minutes! The people working there were friendly and the shows were good. We did the dolphin encounter but had to wait an hour to begin! Several parents with little children left on account of long wait. Some people came back to finally do the encounter while others did not come back (I'm assuming kids got exhausted at this point). The staff made excuses that the dolphins "were not cooperating" but my husband overheard some staff members talking about a gate not working. Bottom line-I don't think this excursion is worth the money or time. It gets one star on account of the beautiful location and background views as well as nice staff. Small park, several exhibits closed, prolonged start times and limited food options. Save your money and do something else unless you go just for the dolphin experience.

The park does host an after hours Luau-this is very good.

“sad”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

The viewing area where you see the seals perform had no shade. We were all sitting in the mid-day sun sweating our 'okoles off! The entire place looked like it needed some serious updating. I'm probably biased, but I'd rather see these majestic animals in their natural habitat.

“Dolphin Swim was amazing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

I have always wanted to swim with the dolphins and when I saw this park offered it we had to go. The park itself is a little run down and the bathrooms were a bit dirty but other than that it was nice. At the time we were there they had a "Wholphin" show which was really cool. When we swam with the dolphins we were part of a group. Before you enter the water you have some benches and locker areas to put your things so they don't get wet. We did have life vests to wear and it was well worth the time and it's also a great photo op. The view from the other side of the park is beautiful. Supposedly there is a house underneath the light house you see in a distance which was "Mister Miyagi's" House in Karate Kid. There were food options there but my husband and I found that the price was much higher for the average taste you are receiving.

“Only go if doing swim with dolphins.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

We went to this park only because we booked a dolphin swim. There's not much to do at the park, it has a beautiful view of the water though. The lady at the front gate was the only friendly person we encountered. The trainer of the dolphins who did the swin with us was abrupt and quite rude. She didn't explain the aspects of the swim to us so that we properly understood what to do and told us off for touching the dolphin despite not saying that in the beginning. The swim was very good otherwise but would of been better if the staff were more friendly.
