“Only go if doing swim with dolphins.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

We went to this park only because we booked a dolphin swim. There's not much to do at the park, it has a beautiful view of the water though. The lady at the front gate was the only friendly person we encountered. The trainer of the dolphins who did the swin with us was abrupt and quite rude. She didn't explain the aspects of the swim to us so that we properly understood what to do and told us off for touching the dolphin despite not saying that in the beginning. The swim was very good otherwise but would of been better if the staff were more friendly.

“Dolphin encounter is the way to go”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

This is a great day out for families especially the dolphin encounter. The drive out to Sea Life Park and its location are spectacular. the dolphin encounter is worth it as you get to kiss the dolphin, dance with dolphin and touch it. the dolphin does "tricks" for you and the trainer explains all you need to know about them. My husband and boys did the shark encounter but that was not that great.
The shows a must to see. They are entertaining and makes the park a great place to visit.

“Good for a hour or so”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

We really wanted to show our kids dolphins and sea lions. We tried going one day but when we pulled into the parking lot there seemed to be a wedding going on. We were told at the main entrance to turn around and go through the other entrance. When we got there it looked like it was closed but according to the website we had an hour left. When we asked the attendant what time was opening we thought we heard him say 8:30am but that was wrong too. We were quickly waved along so we left. In hindsight we think he may have worked for the wedding party and not the actual park. We didn't want the kids to miss this opportunity so we rented a car a couple days later and drove across the island to come here. It was nice to see all the animals. You don't need a whole day there. We were done after 2 hours. We ate there and even though the food was decent it was a nightmare to receive it. There were four of us and we all got our food at different times, I got mine last and the rest of my family was done by the time I sat down.

“Good for small children”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

This is an ok park, but it is mostly for people who want to swim with the dolphins. It is good to spend an hour there before the Lulu.
