Located in same mall as target and across from Costco. Can get busy during peak times and has limited cafe seating. Good for take out or if you are ok with cafe style seating. The focus of the restaurant is local grown as much as possible. Everything is very fresh with lots of fun combinations for salads. If you don't like an ingredient it can readily be swapped out or your own salad made from scratch. They do occasionally run out of things like papaya and will ask if you want to substitute with something else. The breads are fresh. As a previuos reviewer said the chicken curry wrap is sweet. Personally it is my favorite. Depends on your taste. They also have a small selection of soup. Half (generous) salad portion or half sandwich/soup but not the wraps. The menu can be a bit overwhelming but they have a printed version by the cash register that you can take to review prior to waiting in line and placing your order. Probably one of the healthier eating options in the area. Price are reasonable (for Hawaii) and quality is consistently good. We frequent this restaurant about once a month. Check the hours though. They are not open as late as the other places in the area.
