We recently stayed at Tee's for 3 nights. Our breakfast was delicious, room was very clean and spacious. And our hosts were friendly and welcoming with lots of advice on restaurants and places to see.. Thanks Tee. We hope to return one day!! Tracey & Gary

We stayed at Tee's two nights and wished we stayed longer. In that short time Tee made us feel so welcome and part of the family. Her breakfast waffles are amazing, and her company is even better! The bedroom was very luxurious and clean, we really appreciated the Aveda products in the bathroom! Tee and her husband have great local knowledge and restaurant recommendations and it's the perfect base to explore the South East coast. We would love to return to Tee's one day soon! x

Tee's has one guestroom and it is one of the loveliest and cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. The king bed had nice linens and was very firm and comfortable. Big walk-in closet, nice bathroom. Tee is a warm and friendly innkeeper and gave us very good advice about the sights, beaches and places to eat. Her breakfasts were delicious and served on the patio in the back yard near the swimming pool. The house is in a nondescript suburban neighborhood but is only 5 minutes from Kailua State Beach which is gorgeous. The drive to and from the airport is about 25 minutes without traffic.

Great place and excellent breakfast. You have the house and swimmingpool to yourself although the family of 3 lives in the same property. You need a rental car as the beach is 3 miles

My first trip to Oahu ended with a two night stay at Tee's at Kailua, and I could not have been happier! First of all, Kailua beach is breathtaking, and Tee's is just a short drive away from both Kailua and Lanikai beaches. Turquoise water, powder-soft white sand, and sunshine- what more could a girl from Seattle want?! Tee's was a wonderful place to relax and come home to. Both mornings we were served a delicious two course breakfast, with fresh local fruit and coffee. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. We could not have been more pleased!

We've been to Kailua and Oahu before. But this was our best stay!

Tee and her husband makes the B&B experience wonderful!

Cleanliness: Me and my wife are sticklers for cleanliness. Tee and her husband ensure that the place is immaculate. Not a bit of dust or mildew to be found anywhere.

Quietness! This is another thing I cherish while on vacation.

The room is large and well decorated. Tee has a child so only 1 room is currently available for rental.

Breakfast was exceptional. Each breakfast had 2 courses. The first was a fruit based dish followed by the main course - an omlette, pancakes, egg dishes, sausages, waffles. It was a gourmet breakfast with fresh spices, fruits, cheeses, garnishes, and juices.

Tee went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. For example, when we rented a kayak, the rental agency was busy and wasn't able to drop off the kayak in the canal. So Tee drove us to pick up the kayak. Later her husband picked us up.

Tee was very eager to suggest activities and help us arrange them. She was also very eager to suggest local restaurants.

Kailua has the most beautiful beaches on Oahu.

Kailua is NOT for the partier! There is not a single hotel on Kailua. This is a great neighborhood where the locals live.

Kailua provides great access to the eastern and northern shores of Oahu.

The only disadvantage I can see for staying at Tee's is that one has to drive to the beach - or Kayak down the canal.

There are some interesting places to eat locally.

We had a great first few days at Tee's. The rooms are meticulously maintained and are incredibly roomy and beautifully furnished. Tee and her husband are incredibly gracious hosts, who are attentive to your every need. Tee is always on hand to help with directions, sightseeing suggestions, etc. The breakfast every day was lovely, served out by the pool. This is the only place where the complimentary drinks in our fridge were replenished daily. Tee's is nicely located near quiet Kailua - out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but within 20-30 minutes of most places you'll want to go on the east side of Oahu.
