“very tasty”

even though it was "just a Hamburger" it was one of the best I tried in Hawaii ( the Hawaian hamburger was surprisenly tasty and good.)

“Must Go Place for Great Food on the North Shore!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013

We just happened to stop here our first night at the north shore while trying to find a different restaurant and we were so glad that we did!!! We ordered off the menu that night and got great burgers, wings, and calamari. The new owner, Chef Roc came out and talked to us and before you knew it, out came some of the most delicious ribs that we have ever had for us to taste (as well as some also delicious fish on a stick). He doesn't cook the ribs every night, but he told us that he would have them on Tuesday, so we came back! We were not disappointed - the ribs were again, fantastic (so tender and flavorful)! He also talked us into trying his blueberry bread pudding and it was scrumptious! This is a "must go" place if you are visiting the north shore of Oahu! They have karaoke on Tuesday nights and that was a fun time, too! Some of the singers were actually quite good!

“Ahi and chips blew us away”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

Tender fresh ahi in a splendidly light batter and house aioli mayo was accompanied by chips that were less than hot...but our waitress brought a fresh plate of chips right away, Washed down with Big Wave beer on tap we had an excellent lunch out of the rain.

“Cheap but Cheerful Diner on the North Shore”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

We didn't check any reviews on this restaurant, we might have not gone if we had but we were hungry after our morning on the beach. It is a typical diner with decent food; and friendly & fast service. Our meal was fine, our waitress was quite nice and had great attitude.

“Quick meal on our last day of exploring”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013 via mobile

We spent the week at Turtle Bay Resort and had wanted to make it down to Haleiwa all week. We finally did on Saturday. Lunch at Breakers was good. It was diner type food, but still good. Our waitress was fantastic!!! Food came out fast
Just what we needed.
