Owner description: Come join the fun and friendly captain and crew aboard the Quicksilver for our awesome sunset Maui dinner cruise along the Pali coast of Maui. This adventure begins with easy parking right at the boat in Maalaea harbor. Step aboard, get your table seat and enjoy the boat as you listen to our live entertainer. Upon leaving the harbor we cruise the coast while you hang out, listen to music, enjoy a refreshing beverage and feel the wind on your face. When dinner is served it's time to sink your teeth into your prime rib or island fish dinner along with grilled chicken, rosemary potatoes, fresh ceasar salad, vegetable medley, dinner rolls and delicious chocolate cake for dessert. The crew will assist you with drink service so you can focus on your feast and the sunset. After dinner the lower deck area is cleared into a dance floor. Time to get your boogie on if your so inclined, or just hang out, relax and enjoy our entertainer. As and added bonus, during whale season if the whales are available we whale watch!

“Quicksilver Dinner Cruise, Maalaea Harbor, Maui, HI”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

We have gone on many of the dinner cruises out of Maalaea Harbor and from Lahaina. This cruise ranks right up at the top. The food was better than any other dinner cruise that I can remember, and the portions were VERY generous. It seems as if most of the cruises have moved away from the open bar concept and are giving two drinks with the option of buying more. Two drinks were plenty for us. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We gave them a generous tip, but we were surprised at how many people left without tipping.

“A Sunset Dinner Cruise and A Happy Birthday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

We met a woman who had just gone on a Quicksilver Sunset Dinner Cruise and she was very, very positive, so we booked four places. The 55 ft. catamaran was a pretty stable vessel even in the open water and Captain Erik seemed to be ensuring a smooth a sail as possible. The staff were very friendly and the background music during the evening was pleasant and a nice addition. The food was pretty good for an on board buffet and there was plenty of it. Because it was my 67th birthday I received a third free drink (I opted for mai tais), a CD from the evening's musician, and a boatload of people singing me "Happy Birthday." As the sun set, a crew member blew on a conch shell and, of course, we all enjoyed the beautiful sunset. Captain Erik quickly got us back to the dock and all four in our group had a thoroughly delightful evening.

“Great experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

My wife and I took the sunset dinner cruise with Quicksilver, and we had an amazing time. The food was excellent considering the fact that we were on a boat in the middle of the ocean. The captain made sure that we were clear away from the rain, which was real nice. Overall, it is a fun cruise for a romantic evening. I would not recommend this for families with small children.

“Sunset Cruise was great with a late season sighting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013 via mobile

We were fortunate to get a 2 for one deal and departed from maalea harbour at approx 5:45 pm. for a calm soothing trip. This boat had capacity for more than 160 people, but luckily this was not our trip's numbers. My husband and I were able to sit at the front of the boat on the bottom, instead of up top where the majority chose to be. We felt like we were on a private tour with the entertainment playing through the speakers behind us and the beautiful ocean and islands all around us. Once we spotted whales there were some others with us but at no time did we feel like we were on a boatful of people. The crew were very friendly and accommodating, serving drinks and taking time to chat or answer questions. The food was plentiful and in abundance. The music serenading our ride was pleasant and some of the narration was sprinkled with some political statements that would be better directed to those who can make change rather than visiting tourists. I would have no qualms recommending this sunset cruise.
