We always make it a point to eat at least one meal here when we come to Maui, and our trip in December was no exception. This time we stopped in for lunch. The fish was fresh as always. The restaurant was pretty full, and that may have accounted for the slower service. Our waitress seemed to keep disappearing. For some reason, even with the beautiful scenery and good food, this did not end up to be as enjoyable a meal as we have had here before. I know the prices seemed a lot higher than we remembered them from before. All in all, I believe the Waterfront has replace Mama's as our favorite seafood dining experience on Maui.
