“Top Notch Fish Dinners”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

It's fast, friendly, reasonable and tasty to boot. My family stopped in there on the way back from Hanna. Fish choices and preparation were varied to meet all tastes. My family wanted to go back but it's a fair distance from West Maui where we were staying. Tables are limited and the place is busy, so you have to be patient and possibly share one or take the food to the local beach/park. It's well worth it. I had the fresh fish dinner at $22 and it was my best meal on Maui. My family has fish and chips at $14 and were equally happy. Nice little town to wander after the meal although most stores close early.

“Has to be good to drive that far!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2013 via mobile

Parking in Paia can be challenging but this corner restaurant is great. Huge portions, many selections prepared 5 ways and the picnic tables and benches promote a community atmosphere. Ono burger and basket of fries were delicious. Man in line recommended them to me and I thanked him profusely for steering me right.

“Great food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2013

A friend recommended this restaurant, so we decided to try it and we were not disappointed. We had 2 grilled fish platters. The fish was fresh and tasty. Cole slaw and rice or potatoes accompanied the fish, so the meal was good and filling.
The restaurant is more rustic in nature as it is self-serve and seating is on communal long tables. The only downside is that there is no restroom in the restaurant and we could not find one easily afterwards.

“The best value on Maui”

Order at the counter and eat at the tables. The fish is made perfectly your way. Either sandwich or pasta it's all excellent.

“Great for the basics!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2013 via mobile

For bare-bones seafood without hype, fancy tables, and fake service, this is the place. The seafood is fresh, properly cooked and served quick. A great change of pace for foodies who are tired of high prices and tablecloths.
