I have never been compelled to write a hotel review, until I visited the Paia Inn. Although opening just a few months ago, it is already as polished and professional as a luxury hotel chain, with extremely personable and helpful staff. The inn is beautifully decorated with a high-end, beachstyle feel. We met the owner personally, who took the time to show us around, invite us to a party he was throwing and even set us up with a fantastic paddle surf session with Maria Souza (www.standuppaddlesurfschool.com), the first woman to ever tow in to the powerful waves of "Jaws". You will not be disappointed with your stay at the Paia Inn - it is located in central Paia, close to great stores and restaurants. Be sure to check out Flatbread company around the corner from the inn for a tasty wood-fire oven baked pizza. Oh, and ladies- you can leave your shampoo, conditioner, etc at home. Paia Inn is fantastic, a perfect stop on the way to Hana or from Hana overnight before a flight out of Kahului airport. 10 minutes to the airport. Very comfortable, hip and stylish with a relaxing vibe. Private beach access, great amenities. Good dining and shopping walking distance. The Inn is nicely decorated with antique Asian furniture. We would highly suggest a stay at the Paia Inn!

This hotel was surprisingly hip. The decor is very stylish with extreme attention to detail. Staff was great and there were even fresh scones waiting for me when I headed out to the beach in the morning. The zen like courtyard is just gorgeous and there was live music at night. I will never stay anywhere else on the north shore.

We had the greatest time. We visted Maui from Copenhagen and were lucky to find this small boutique hotel for our stay in Paia. Paia is super charming with lots of shops and restaurants and gelato. The Paia Inn is right in the center of the town. We really liked the beach access too. The whole hotel is extra comfortable and has lots of Style. We met the owners who are designers and it shows. There is so much Art in the rooms and lobby it is reminisent of staying at a small hotel in europe. We felt very much at home and will stay again on our next visit. Thanks for making us so comfortable. We are so happy to have found a place to stay that is not one of the big hotels so that we can enjoy the town and walk to everything.
