What a wonderful property to enjoy the best Maui has to offer. Beautiful grounds to enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of Maui. Our condo from Maui Dreams Come True was first class with more than we could have asked for. Well appointed baths, kitchen and bedrooms. Our family traveled from across the US for some time to spend together and we really enjoyed all that Papakea and the surronding area had to offer. Very fond memories that will last a lifetime of our time spent on Maui together. Thanks to Papakea and Maui Dreams Come True. We will see you again soon.

It was our first in Hawaii & we made a good choice to celebrate our anniversarry in Maui. We stayed in B bldg, 2nd flr & the view fr the lanai was amazing. Our unit's lanai is facing the pool & definitely a great view of the ocean. The pool never gets empty while we were staying there, not that noisy as it gets quiet anyhow by 10 pm. Guest can bbq by the pool free. We stayed in a 1 bdrm w/ kitchen so we saves money on making our breakfast and we would just eat it by the lanai, nothing gets better on sipping your coffee on gorgeous days like October mornings ( or any mornings ). The unit comes with washer/dryer so there's no need to bring so much clothes (i wish i've known about this). It's very spacious, with air condition in bedroom & living room. I'm not sure about the other units, but our bed was not at its best, no firmness at all, it needs to be replace badly. All resort employees were all friendly & always willing to help. Housekeeping always kept our unit clean & tidy each day we stayed there. The resort is 10 mins by car away fr Lahaina town, ABC store is just right out the corner & chinese restaurant, grocery store, Subway, L&L fastfood across the street. Hope to be back here nxt yr, fell in love with Maui. Mahalo!

The title says it all. We LOVE this place. My best friend and I come at least 1x per yr. We stay about 2 weeks. We rented from misty at Maui Dreams Come True. She has always been very helpful and accomadating. We have stayed in different units and she knows about each and every one. She can tell you where it is in relation to different parts of the resort. What kind of bed it has, does it have a tub, etc. One time our tv was not working. She made arrangements to get us one. The grounds are wonderful and are always in pristine condition. There are so many places to go to eat and shop that we used one half tank of gas for the Ford Focus for 2 weeks. Misty works very hard to maintain the units, and moniters the cleaning crews. The resort has 2 pools and a tennis court. There are exercise classes, [free] 3x week. They don't charge a parking fee. There are 2 buildings with tables and rest rooms 1 by each pool. There are gas barbeques for the guests to use, they are cleaned every morning. There is 24 hr security. The views are lovely. The koi ponds, the pools, and the beach are lovely. The units have washer dryer combos, so you can pack less. There are cooking facilities and the tools of the trade are there to use. I could go on and on, If you want water parks and exotic animals roaming the grounds, this is not it. BUT if you are looking for a place to stay while you go make your own magic this is it. I give 5stars/excellent rating to staff, management and location for this resort.

Let me start with the great -- We were a party with 3 families and 5kids. When we booked online for 2units only one was ocenfront and we wanted all families to be in the same building. Dave graciously upgraded us to oceanfront and put us in the same building.

We have a major issue with the way the units are advertised. We'd booked what we thought was a 3BR unit and another 1BR unit for a large group with kids. When we arrived we found out the 3BR was actually a two bedroom and a loft. So suggestion to management to change that on the website to reflect the same.

Even here the staff and management stepped up and accomodated us by providing a 3rd unit for no additional cost. It did take convincing on this front but they did accomodate us and I am grateful for that. Not to mention this was the day after an tsunami warning had resulted in major churn in the resort. So really thankful for that to Dave, Susan and Mark.

The only other thing was that the 1BR that we were in had AC only in the livingroom and did not reach the BR. Which meant the livingroom window HAD to be kept open. This was great for me as I love the ocean sounds. Not so much for the kids. :)

All in all I would go back here. Just touch base with the staff and management before to go to make the most of it.

I look forward to another trip here where I can give this resort the 5stars it deserves for its staff and management.
