Had the pleasure of dining at this golf resort restaurant on Kapalua’s Pineapple Hill overlooking the golf course with the west Maui sea channel in the distance. Groves of Norfolk pine are in abundance. Romantic....with the tiki torches adding to the ambiance of the evening. Wonderful service with attention to detail. Waiter was well versed in what they served, as well as the chef specials that change nightly, and could communicate that to the diner effectively. We were thrilled with the unique sauces that accompanied many of the dishes and the freshness and creative chefwork that was evident on the plate. Fish dishes were awesome. Appetizers....especailly the ahi, were outstanding...the sauces....WOW. Dishes come with suggested wine pairings by the glass. Worked well for us. Bottles VERY expensive. Definitely a must try. Entrees $28-$34.
