“Best Maui luau”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2014

A trip to Maui is not complete without a luau and this is the best by far. The atmosphere is genuine and the service was superb. There is such a variety of hulas and the history of the Hawaiian culture is displayed wonderfully through this show . Highly recommend this luau even though it is a little pricey it is worth it!

“Little taste of Hawaiian culture”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2014

We last visited this luau about 4 years ago, loved it and decided to go again since it had been a while. We enjoyed the exhibits, uncovering the tasty pork and of course the great traditional hula dancing. Wonderful experience that we love to attend (not every time we go to Maui) but occasionally. The food was great served buffet style so you did not have to take anything you didn't want to. The banana bread is the best I've ever tasted and they give you a sample to take home at the end of the show. The show had some changes since the last time we saw it so don't think it'll be the same old thing!

“Great food, great show! ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2014

My husband and I went to the luau last night. It was my first luau and I absolutely loved it! The welcome drink and lei's are a nice touch. We enjoyed the food selection, and the drinks were also very good. All the performers were great, and I liked that they told some of the history of Hawaii in the show also. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and had a great view of the sunset! Our waiter, Devon, was wonderful and attentive with drink orders; he even remembered my name the whole night! Remember to tip your waiter!! They may not be serving your dinner but they work very hard with the drink orders and bring out dessert as well. I would definitely go to this luau again should we return to Maui!

“Great Luau”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2014 via mobile

This was a great Luau which covered some of the history of Hawaii. While all Luau's are expensive on Maui I felt this one was original and didn't just exist to take tourist dollars. Our guest services recommended all the others but this one, probably because they received a kick back. This one has an open bar (all drinks can be made non alcoholic too) food was original so it was good to try. This place books out two weeks in advance so be prepared and get reservations. We were lucky enough to get called off the waiting list but dont rely on it. Family had a great time in a beautiful outdoor setting

“Unhappy Experience”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2014

Unfortunately the evening of our Luau ended in a downpour! It was windy with black clouds when the luau began and they still continued. We did get to eat dinner however our table was last and most of the food was gone or quite cold. Many of the trays were empty and they did not replace these items. We do not drink but they did come around offering other people at our table a variety of alcoholic drinks. When the entertainment began it rained and they did offer a 50%rebate. I did not think that the meal we ate was worth $50 a plate. The leis they gave were really nice.
