“lattes and double shots”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2013

What a fun , hip coffee place plus bar. We went everyday for our morning walk and double tall. Fun entertainment and it was so convenient for us staying at the Mahana.

“Nice "unique" place for breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013

Good food, great prices and good service. Curly treated us great. Is a bit noisy but that is part of the fun. Can be a bit dusty in the main entrance.

“Great blackened fish sandwich!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2013

I had a great blackened fish sandwich at Java Jazz. Very tasty and the their prices are reasonable. I love the atmosphere there…you're eyes wander around the room at every piece of art and artifact. I've been there several times over the years and most of our evening meals included live entertainment…good entertainment!

“Unique Place, Great Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2013

We went to Java Jazz on our way to the airport to head home from Maui; it's another reason we wish we would have stayed a few more days. We had a awesome breakfast at Java Jazz; Smeltz, our server was full of fun and was going to be part of the live music that is played at night. I cooked most of our own meals but if you are looking for a great place with décor that will stir up a lot of conversations and delicious fresh baked, in house, pastries or an awesome and reasonably priced breakfast with great coffee, look no further! We only wish we could have gone to see Smeltz that night and enjoy what the evening atmosphere was.

“eclectic little restaurant”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2013

Unusual ambiance. Great service. Best french fries ever!! However, blackened fish sandwich is bland, not spicey as it should be
