I've loved this restaurant since it was built and the views are fantastic; however, the brunch that I last had may have finished this love affair. Since the fire, the building has been rebuilt, but in the entry area and restroom area the smell of smoke still lingers. The dining room staff are sloppy with simple things like pouring water, to the point that the menus and table were dripping. They need to not be in such a rush that a good portion of the table is drowned before anything is even ordered. I ordered their Classic Eggs Benedict, but the yokes of both eggs were dry and solid with the Hollandise sauce like water and flavorless, potatoes were not cooked and had that hard raw/semi-cooked texture and flavor. The other three entrees were similarly poor with the fish in the Fish Sandwich dry and very over done as an example. Service was ok, could have been a lot better. Ice tea was very hard to get refills for because the server only checked our table when the food was served and much later with the bill. Though I've had my best girlfriend married here, dine here several times a year, and in the past have recommended the restaurant; this was not a dining experience I would repeat. It's a beautiful place and the views are great, but they are only things currently going for this restaurant.
