My family and I actually went here 3 or 4 times while in maui. The atmosphere was very nice with views of the ocean . The food was very good. Service could be slow at times, but the food made up for it. I recommend their bottomless cup if you think you will go back. If you go back then it doesn't cost you anything for a drink.

So many people told us to go to this restaurant when we were in maui! I was excited because my best friend said it was good and my wife's uncle. The location is great right over the water in Lahaina but thats where it stops. My wife was told the onion rings were good but when we ordered them they were horrible. I'd rather have onion rings at sonic and for the burgers. I know they try to be creative but my burger was greasier than a mcdonalds burger and just was not good. Plus I can get 12 hamburgers from mc donalds for the price of the one there. Food is just disappointing. I would just recommend this place for a drink to look into the water.

We've enjoyed several visits to The Cheeseburger in Paradise in Waikiki but I made the mistake of ordering a BLT with Avacado rather tan a Cheeseburger. I rarely complain but every BLT i've ever had contained at least a dcent serving of tomato. Mine had one small (thin and barely two inches in diameter) slice of tomato. I don't mind paying for a quality product but someone has lost sight of quality food and can only see portion control. We won't be returning, in Maui or in Honolulu.

We went for a late morning/early lunch walk in downtown Lahaina and decided to eat at Cheeseburger in Paradise. My husband had breakfast and thought it was okay ... I decided to try a Cheeseburger ... why not? Well, at least the pineapple was good. The burger was your typical pressed patty fair. Greasy and gross with no flavor. The fries were okay. The best thing about the experience was the take home cup that my dad loved! Oh well. You live and learn.

We have been here many times in the past but had not been in 5 years. The service was actually better than before. The view remains great and coming early for dinner rewards you with a great sunset view.

The problem is the food was much worse than I remember it. Given the location the cost of the burger never bugged me. I just expected it to taste better than a preformed patty. It didn't. Also, despite our eating at around 5:30PM, they were out of the main fish dishes my wife likes.

While I still recommend the place for the view and the music (depending on who is performing), I can't claim that I do so enthusiastically anymore.
