“Quick dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

A good break from high quality dining without compromising on taste! For vegans be sure to ask for no egg in noodle dishes which they are very happy to accommodate.

“Best Thai food anywhere!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

We actually found out about this quaint little cafe on TripAdvisor and thought we would give it a try. It is tucked away at the back of the Cinema Mall, so it isn't that well known. Too bad, as it was one of the best meals we have ever had in Maui. We went with the chicken pad thai, yellow curry chicken and beef with vegetables, and of course it came a large bowl of rice. We liked it so much that we went back a second time. The cost was very reasonable for the amount and quality of food we were served. I wish we had something like this at home. Parking is a problem in Lahaina because of the many tourists, however there is a pay parking lot at the rear of the mall whereby the restaurant will stamp your ticket and the parking is free for 2 hours. Can't wait to go back!

“Simply Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

Very small, but huge on flavor and quality. The yellow curry was the best I've had - anywhere. The ladies working the dining room were awesome, very engaged and working hard. Would eat here again and again and again.

“Food was alright, very slow kitchen.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

Stopped here for lunch on our day of Lahaina touristing. It's a very small place, maybe seats 20 inside, but seems to do a lot of take-out business. We started with some chicken skewer appetizers and Thai iced tea, and then I had shrimp pad thai, and the SO had chicken pad thai. The food all took a while to come out, but I think there was only one cook in the back, and they were making a bunch of take out orders at the same time as the restaurant orders. The skewers were OK, not great. I really l liked my shrimp dish, but the SO thought hers was more "fast-food" quality rather than restaurant. It's for that and the long wait for the food that I took off a star. Service was very friendly, and price was what I have come to expect for HI, especially for somewhere as touristy as downtown Lahaina.

“Tiny Lahaina Thai gem gets it right”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

We stumbled across this tiny gem while visiting Lahaina in December. It's a tiny place, tucked away in a shopping centre away from a lot of the foot traffic. While it's not big not on decor or ambience, the food is wonderful! We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, and red curry shrimp - we were not disappointed. The pad thai was a perfect marriage of sweet, tangy, crunchy and smooth, served with a side of chilies and lime that brought all the flavours out so well. The curry was perfection itself. Service was warm and friendly. Don't miss it! The chef is a marvel.
