We stayed in unit #130 for a week this January 2013. Three couples fit nicely in this three bedroom, three bathroom condo. The community BBQ's are a great concept, however their popularity results in low and empty tanks by evening. You may be cooking meat in your condo oven. Our unit had a beautiful ocean view. You will be awakened every morning by super-loud screeching birds outside, so bring earplugs or keep fan or A/C on high setting. Free wifi is handy to have. Our condo was clean and well-stocked with glass wear, plates, cookware, etc. it even had a small washer and dryer to use! It was a short walking distance to everything we needed: beaches, restaurants, etc. we rented two cars so that we could explore further. The pool near the office was clean and refreshing, and it was a 1 minute walk from there to a hill on the property to watch the sunsets.
