We have a timeshare here (102) and so look forward to our annual trip. The large 2-bedroom condo was in tip top shape as always, with plenty of beach towels, and all the conveniences for a wonderful stay. The grounds are impeccable, staff friendly and it's just a short walk or drive to two superb beaches. Our favourite is Keawakapu Beach where you can walk for miles and miles. Get to the parking lot early if you're driving though.
Maui Hill is such a beautifully maintained property and Dennis Costa and his staff do a fantastic job of keeping everything in excellent condition for visitors and owners alike.

We stayed at th Maui Hill for the New Years and was very impressed by the Aloha spirit the staff and Dennis Costa displayed. We truly felt like we were visiting family. The two bedroom condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I love the layout of the hotel rooms, you don't feel like you are right next to strangers. There was a lot of privacy and space. We could not have asked for more. We highly recommend Maui Hill for families and we will return soon. Cabo family

We stayed here for four nights with our extended family. My booked a three bedroom condo which was very large and included three full bathrooms, a huge living room, three balconies (one very large off the living room and a good sized kitchen area that included a stove, microwave and fridge. BBQs were available outside. We had a great view of the ocean from our near top of the hill location.

The staff were helpful and pleasant, the tennis court is newly refurbished and while we didn't use the pool it looked great. Everything was clean and tidy in and around the property.

The resort is not quite as close to the beaches as some others so you need to be prepared either to walk a few minutes or drive. The selection of beaches within a 15 minute drive was really great so this was not an issue for us.

I highly recommend the Maui Hills and look forward to a future stay.

We have visited Maui Hill previously as both timeshare owners and paying guests. This was a paying guest visit and our first Christmas in Maui. On this trip we were in a 1BR unit with a very nice view. As always the manager, Dennis Costa, and his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with candy, a basket of fruit and a poinsettia in our unit. Our unit was clean and well appointed. Housekeeping came in daily and managed to always come when we were out.

They held a Christmas party for staff and guests on Christmas Eve which included beef, hot dogs, chips and a variety of beverages. Santa arrived by helicopter and brought treats for all the children. It was a very enjoyable holiday visit.

While this is an older resort, the grounds are always well maintained and the units kept very clean. The staff deserves kudos for the pride they obviously take in the property. We would recommend this resort to anyone that wants to experience the true Aloha spirit.
