Stayed 1wk at the Nani Kai Hale #508 previous review mentioned 509 that was an error.. Very spacious and clean, remoled. All condos have a view of the ocean but #609 has the best view by far we were able to spend time with friends in 609 which is very up to date and decor is very Tommy Bahama we'll be staying there next time! Nani Kai Hale is centraly located to every thing. The feeling at the Nani Kai Hale is very laid back and eveyone is very friendly. Every wednesday is pupu nite! everyone brings their favorite appetizer and drinks and has a great social hour, did I mention the donuts they give beach side every friday morning! Barbaque's are also avaiable in the patio area which is a nice way to end the day with a sunset in the backround.

My Husband and I spent our first year anniversary at the Nani Kai Hale for 1 week. We did not know what to exspect and the room was more then we could of asked for. We stayed in room #509 and it is all remoled and spacious. Condo #609 is probaly the best we were luckly to spend time there with frieds as well, 609 has the best view and cutely decorated. Kihei is right in the middle os the Island and depending what you want we felt Kihei was the best relaxing place to be although a little winding at nite it feels good. We had also had a 7hr hour layover in Honolulu and got to exsplore around Wikiki and wow just a big city with a beach I highly recommend Maui if relaxing and slower pace is what you what.

We booked through Maui Condo and had a very good experience. Our rooms were very clean and the condo was conveniently located between Lahaina and Wailea. We stayed in Unit 507 and would do so again. The barbecue area was very nice, with 3 gass grills by the ocean. There were only two downsides. The first was that from about 1pm until 6pm there were incredibly high winds, so much so that I had to hold my dress down when I was walking around. Secondly, the water in this area is not water that I would swim in, so you need to drive to find a nice beach. The water is more of a brackish color, not the crystal blue that you see in other areas. Other than that, the place was great.

We were really pleased with this condo in Kihei - excellent value. My only complaint is that the room has a musty smell to it that we could never get rid of, but otherwise, it was money well spent.

Just across the street from Kamaole II beach, which is a nice mid-size beach. The condo has a BBQ on site which is great, and our suite #205 was well equipped with cooking tools, condiments, and even a spare snorkelling set.

Kihei is really convenient for getting around Maui, and more affordable than Wailea and Kaanapali.
